Refund policy
- Client satisfaction is always our goal: Vita4Life! has been and will continue to be the leader in the industry since 1997 for quality of our products, the truth about our family of products and your assurance that whatever you purchase from us you will receive from formulation, to supplement facts to no fillers etc... is 100% guaranteed.
- Our return policy is easy and simple for you to understand:
- You may return any item purchased from any of our websites, amazon and Walmart stores within 15 days of delivery to your address.
- If you return any product that can be resold, we will issue a full refund for that product. If you return any product that can't be resold - we will not issue any amount in refund. This includes the seal broken, the cap opened or the seal underneath the cap opened or if any amount less than the total volume is missing.
- At completion of an approved inspection, (within 24 hours of product returned) Vita4Life! will immediately refund 100% of the purchase price to the credit card used for that purchase. A refund email will immediately be sent to the email we have on file for you. It is up to your issuing credit card company as to the time for that refund to be credited back to your credit card.
- This includes all USA and International orders.
- We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you with returns and return questions.
